Josh McElhenney
President
Josh is more than just the president; he is actively engaged in all aspects of MCC business including the financial management, job estimating, customer support and project management. Receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of South Alabama, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama. Josh currently serves as the President of the Mobile County Roadbuilders Association, a board member within the Associated of General Contractors(AGC), and a past president of the Young Constrctor's Forum(YCF). When not working with clients and MCC team members, Josh enjoys being on the many waterways of South Alabama, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Kelly, and his daughters Ella and Emily.
John Bush
Vice President - Operations
Johns primary function for MCC is to provide oversight of all field operations, management, and direction of superintendents, foreman and all field employees. He also ensures that all company resources are efficiently and professionally managed on all projects, to perform work within the budget and ahead of schedule. John has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and has worked in most aspects of construction but specializes in Concrete Construction. John enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with his wife Melissa and his sons Colton and Jacob.
